Responsibilities:
Experience and basic knowledge in the following technologies:
Windows Server 2012-2022, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, desktop/notebook and peripheral support, corporate antivirus software, pc cloning/imaging.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, SMTP.
Resolve and support end-user issues with the help of remote resources.
When necessary, escalate the issue to the Director of Technology.
Create and maintain technical and end-user instructions, procedures and policies.
Manage and maintain equipment inventory.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple support trouble tickets and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Setup and support mobile devices (Apple iPads, Zebra Android Scanners) Maintain and configure 3CX VOIP System Maintain and configure enterprise 100
camera system Must be a self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems on a daily basis.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (monitors, workstations, printers, etc.
).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a Windows Network environment.
Associates degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related degree is preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, problem-solving, and customer service skills required.
Understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V, Network Topology, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs.
Must be willing to participate in an on-call duty rotation Job Type:
